Description:

The AM2301 is also known as DHT21. It is one of the common form of DHT Temperature & Humidity sensors which boosts a relatively high temperature measurement with accuracy of 0.3% better compared to the DHT11 or DHT22 and with a relative humidity accuracy of 3%. It hs only 3 wires, including power, ground and data. Only one digital pin is required to interface it to the micro-controller. For Arduino development platfroms and Huidu Controllers the sensor is very well supported by the DHT library available from the Arduino Playground website.
